Terms & Conditions: PUT IT ON LAY-BUY
The following Terms & Conditions apply to any Lay-Buy transaction entered into with Crimson Petals Boutique:
1. Cancellation of Lay-Buy by Seller The seller under a Lay-Buy must not cancel it unless:
- a) The buyer breaches a term of the Lay-Buy; or
- b) The seller stops trading
2. Cancellation of Lay-Buy by Buyer The buyer may cancel their Lay-Buy order at any time prior to the shipping of products.
3. Effect of Cancellation When a Lay-Buy is cancelled by the buyer, the seller must refund all money paid within 14 days, less a 10% down payment. The retained 10% covers the cost of holding the item and removing it from sale during the Lay-Buy period. If a buyer fails to complete all installment payments within 60 days of the initial order date, the Lay-Buy will be automatically cancelled and the 10% down payment will be retained per this policy.
4. Service Fee Crimson Petals Boutique shall not charge the customer any interest, membership fee, or service fee on any Lay-Buy transaction. Lay-Buy Financial Solutions Pty Ltd trading as www.lay-buys.com charges a once-off admin fee, with the amount displayed to customers at checkout. This fee is paid directly to Lay-Buys at the time of the down payment and is non-refundable.
5. Delivery Orders will only be fulfilled and shipped after the final installment payment has been received. Once the final payment is confirmed, orders will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
6. Item Availability Crimson Petals Boutique takes reasonable care to hold reserved Lay-Buy items in their original condition. In the unlikely event that a held item is lost or damaged prior to shipment, the buyer will be offered a full refund or store credit at their discretion.
